Student Data Retention
We retain student data only as long as necessary for educational purposes with specific retention periods: active student accounts have data retained while the account is in use and actively engaged in learning activities, inactive accounts have data deleted after 3 years of inactivity with advance notice provided to students and parents, and graduated students have data retained for 1 year then deleted unless explicit consent is provided for longer retention.

Some data may be retained longer as required by law, such as account verification records or data needed for legal compliance. We provide clear notice of all retention periods and deletion schedules to students and parents.
