Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade from Free to Basic or Premium, or from Basic to Premium at any time. Your new features and group limits will be available immediately after payment confirmation.
What happens if I exceed my group or member limits?
If you reach your plan limits, you'll be prompted to upgrade to continue creating groups or adding members. Your existing groups and members remain safe and accessible - you just can't create new ones until you upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption for your safety.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you'll be moved to the Free plan.
