What's the difference between Basic and Premium plans?

Basic plan allows up to 15 groups with 35 members each for ₹99/month, while Premium offers unlimited groups with up to 50 members each for ₹199/month. Premium also includes advanced analytics and early access to new features.

Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade from Basic to Premium at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you'll have access to all Premium features including unlimited groups and advanced analytics.

What happens if I exceed my group or member limits?

If you reach your plan limits, you'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. Your existing groups and members remain safe - you just won't be able to create new groups or add members until you upgrade.

Do you offer any free options?

Yes! Our Free plan includes up to 5 groups with 20 members each. It's perfect for getting started and includes basic support, though it is ad-supported.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you'll be moved to the Free plan.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Currently, we only offer monthly billing at ₹99 for Basic and ₹199 for Premium. This keeps our pricing simple and flexible for all users.
